Bowden: Picking a Winter Meetings move for all 30 teams (The Athletic)

The 2019 Winter Meetings will commence Sunday in San Diego, and it’s expected to be a transaction-filled week. Numerous trades and free-agent signings are expected throughout as teams, players and agents look to bring the Winter Meetings back to the glamour days.

OK, so maybe that’s a little wishful thinking on my part.

Still, I decided to come up with a player move for each of the 30 teams to make between now and the end of the Winter Meetings. If you have moves you’d like to see or ideas on what teams should do, please feel free to share them in the comment section below.

Re-sign third baseman Josh Donaldson to a 3-year, $75 million contract.
